GLSEN New York Capital Region (NYCR) is a chapter of the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN). Chapters like GLSEN NYCR play an important role in bringing GLSEN’s programs and visions to local communities. While some chapters have full-time or part-time staff, most are entirely volunteer-based. They are always looking for new volunteers to help ensure safe schools for all students.
